1. Acceptance of Terms

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform except as specifically permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent. The vetpk name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of vetpk or its affiliates and may not be used without express permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vetpk, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of vetpk services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of vetpk services shall be resolved through the following escalation process: First, you must contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Each dispute must be brought on an individual basis only. These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it subsequently.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and vetpk regarding use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
